Policy for halal, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy

For a long time, Japanese people have been eating meals based on "one soup and three dishes", which is called "ichi-ju san-sai", and known as a nutritionally balanced diet.

At our restaurant, we adhere to the basics of Japanese cuisine and respond flexibly to overseas guests, allergies, dietary restrictions. Please enjoy Japanese food culture through our restaurant.
■ Halal

In recent years, many Muslims have come to Japan. Through our learning about halal at Japan Halal Association, we are ready for Muslims, because we mainly focus on local vegetables and seafood. We sometimes handle meat, but we cook with a special chopping board. Seasonings containing alcohol are not used for halal. If you are not good at raw fish, so please request halal vegetarian dishes.
■ Vegetarian and Vegan

Shojin-ryori is the traditional Japanese dining style for Buddhist monks in Japan, and is made without meat, fish or other animal products. We suggest shojin-ryori for vegetarian and vegan. However vegetarian tends to be individually different, so we always ask for details before eating. Basically our dishes are seasoned based on kelp and bonito broth. For guests who cannot eat our broth, we change the broth to vegetarian broth.

■ Guests who have allergies, dietary restrictions, etc..

At the time of reservation, we ask about your allergies, dietary restrictions, etc.. All dishes are served by a special menu for you.
